How long is "normal" for funds to confirm in the Silk Road account?

30 minutes to 2 hours, usually around 10 confirmations.

welp I transferred some more BTC in and they showed up in a half hour. The original transfer in still sits there unconfirmed.

I think the problem is that I deposited to 3 decimal places. I punched them in the silk road UI, which was accepted, and I transferred the same amount (to the 3rd decimal place) from mt gox.. But then I noticed that everywhere else on the site just uses 2 decimal points and the unconfirmed balance is rounded up. Not sure what to do now.

I believe after 6 hours you get your funds if you mess up the amount in some way. so worst case scenario 6-7 hours after you sent them you should get them.

trance I had similar problem with 3 decimal places vs. SR's limit of 2 decimal places. My BTC finally made it into my account, about 1 - 1.5 hr later.

I'm having the same issue.  I sent 2.00 BTC to the temporary address silk road gave me, and it has not verified yet - and now the unconfirmed BTC that shows up in the account is now gone, and my transaction is still "unconfirmed" on my bitcoin transfer page.

I have screenshots of the address given on SR and the BTC page, but I'm waiting to see if this clears up.

Has this happened to anyone else?
